About Us

Our Property Management Division offers services to help those who own rental properties create the optimal income producing situation. Recently, the leasing division has exploded with many property owners needing to rent out their homes in a tough selling market, and we offer assistance in this process with qualified leasing agents to walk you through the questions you may have and assist in finding a qualified renter for your property.

The Real Estate Sales division is made up of a sales team of qualified and successful Realtors, who can assist with listing your property for sale and also represent you in buying Real Estate.

The Association Management division is also a newer branch of our company, with services offered to associations that would like a professional company to handle things.

LMH Appraisal is in association with G&H Properties, but is a separate company. Feel free to contact G&H with any questions as LMH is operated out of the same office and owned by the same owners.
