A program designed to develop leaders who are informed, dynamic, invested and motivated.
Communities need leaders who not only understand the future, but also help create it. Leadership Northfield enables candidates to learn about Northfield's resources, strengths, and opportunities. Leadership Northfield is a nine-month program that begins in September and ends with graduation in May. Classes are held the third Wednesday of each month from 8:30am - 1:00pm. Each session provides an in-depth look at nine key elements of our community: education, economic development, government, healthcare, public safety, technology, communications, community culture and diversity.
